About the internship
* Hiring: Put together a marketing plan to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, take them through the hiring process and convert them into employees. Source resumes, shortlist, screen, arrange interviews, communicate, negotiate, close, and onboard.
* Strengthen team culture and retention: Help build and retain a great team with a strong team culture that promotes innovation, risk-taking, and go-getter attitude.
* Administration: Take care of all the administrative activities such as Payroll, vendor payments, procurement, PF, insurance, taxes, etc.
* HR policies and procedures: Continuously update and strengthen the HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
* Use data for hiring and compensation.
Who can apply:
1.Only those students or freshers can apply who are available for full time (in-office) internship.
