Job Description:-

Provide technical support to international customers via a phone.
Provide printer support to customers
Printer installation
Installing and configuring computer hardware &Troubleshooting Qualifications and Skills
Experience in Printer Support preferred.
In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
Strong communications skills
Excellent Technical Skills
Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with client
2) Technical Support Executive- 01 no. (JD same as above) Night Shift (Salary- 20,000/- to 25,000/- (pm)

3) Web Designer and Developer- 01 no. (Day Shift) (Salary- 18,000/- to 25,000/- (pm)

Expertise in designing, visualizing and coding techniques
Should be efficient in Wordpress, Photoshop and Corel Draw.
