Hiring used to slow down because good candidates were hard to find. Now it slows down because good-looking candidates are hard to verify.

- 67% of hiring managers say reviewing AI-generated applications has slowed their hiring process
- 20% report delays of more than two weeks because of it
- 65% say it's gotten harder to verify whether a candidate's skills match what's on paper

Sourcing used to be the hard part. It's shifted to ""Verification"", while 90% of the internal processes are still running a process built for the old problem.
