We need Agents and Supervisors for a US client facing job

• The nature of job involves review of supply chain documents in English language and verification of contained information from external resources through emails and /or voice calls.
• Agents will review documents on custom software platform. Contact information will be provided on the platform or within the document itself
• Relevant information gathered after verification will be entered in notes in the software platform
• The selected agents are required to WFO; Only in case of very exceptional cases, the agents will WFH
• The Job is Mon to Fri and from 2 pm to 10 pm IST
• Male candidates are expected to have their own conveyance arrangements

The candidate may have an international call center background experience / or may be picked up from other business segments if they are from Science/Mass Comm background and have a strong communication and English comprehension and writing skills with Good IQ and computer literacy and have 3-to-5-years general industry experience.

No. of resources required = 6 (1 supervisor and 5 agents)
Education: Bachelor’s in science/Business/ Mass Comm with Relevant Experience

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years professional experience
• Computer literacy: Proficient in MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Administrative experience and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Comprehension and English Communication Skills
• Capabilities of drafting professional writing communication

Supervisor required with 5-8 years experience from international call center

Duty and Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating compliance documents for accuracy and completeness
• Reach out to external resources to verify information as needed
• Assist other administrative tasks as needed

Job Location- Phase-8, Mohali

Work from office job

Salary budget – upto 40-45k per Month for Agents
Upto 50-55k per month for Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all transactions are well documented
Preparing asset, liability, and capital account
Keep and maintain all the books in perfect order
Summarize current financial situation by analyzing correctly current liabilities, preparing a profit and loss statement and indicating corrective actions that need to be taken.
Audit key documents and verify each transaction
Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise, after checking out the causes for the same
Make certain that all tax forms and GST are correct and have been filed to the required authorities on time
Attend various workshops, with the view of improving performance and contributes to team effort.
Preparing payments.
Preparing budget forecast
Compute and prepare tax and GST returns
Well versed with Auditing, preparing Balance Sheets, Trial Balance & TDS
Report company financial health to the stakeholders
Making financial reports that can help higher management in taking decisions.
Ensuring the security of financial information and taking regular backups.
REQUIREMENTS

Graduate degree in accounting
Specialization in a certain field of accounting
Knowledge of BUSY Software is must
Proficient in V look-up, H look-up & Pivot Table
Should have worked under CA before
Requisite work experience (2+ years)
Must have 2 wheeler
