Growen is hiring a Quality Inspector and Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading company in Austria.

Location: Remote (based in India - Rajkot and Lucknow)

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: The selected candidate will monitor production processes, ensure quality, and coordinate with suppliers for our Austria-based client. Responsibilities include tracking production metrics, communicating with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Monitor production processes and track internal scrap rates
- Analyze capacity and lead times for each production step
- Conduct regular supplier visits (every 2-3 days) in Rajkot and Lucknow
- Track and report on-time shipment performance
- Manage stock levels of critical components
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure quality and readiness of outgoing components
- Prepare weekly reports on performance and process adherence
- Travel to other foundries or suppliers in India as needed

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Technical background or experience in manufacturing/production/QC in investment casting.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Ability to identify process bottlenecks and deviations
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work remotely with structure
- Willingness to travel within India (Rajkot and Lucknow)

- Frequent on-site presence at supplier locations in Rajkot and Lucknow
- Remote work with regular reporting.
