A technology start-up company in the domain of hospitality urgently looking for the following profile at Bhubaneswar (odisha) Location:-
• The primary role of the position is to plan and execute from scratch the launch of the service in a city and taking up the business to a sustainable level. This broadly would involve :
o Screening , Auditing and Recruiting partners
o Initiation and onboarding of partners through training & grooming sessions.
o Create a buzz around the launch – execute the BTL activities and the campaign
o Be the face of the Brand at the launch
o Ensure effective ex*****on of the services
o Ensure quick identification of any issues and resolution of the same through support from Corporate Support Center
o Execute a marketing blitz post the launch, at the city and at the source cities.
o Suggest any quick corrective measures , if required.
o Monitor for a period of 45 – 60 days days,post launch, to bring the business up to a sustainable level in the city.
o Move onto a new hunting ground
Key responsibilities

• The key role of the position is sourcing of Vendors/Partners (Who, we believe are in fact are our primary Clients and would in turn service our end customer user)
o Help and coordinate partner processes and methods to approve partners.
o Should track, measure, report and evaluate partner performance.
o Identify and implement strategies to continuously enhance efficiencies associated with partner management.
o Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying partners.
o Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure partner partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.
o Prepare processes for as well as manage analysis, selection and transition..
• One of the other major responsibilities of this role would be to nurture the brand and plan out & execute short term & innovative tactical measures to ensure exponential growth of the brand at a minimum cost.
• The person would be responsible for the business growth in the city and take the business up to sustainable volumes
• S/He would have to act as a friend, counsellor ,guide to the partner/partners and ensure their engagement towards enhancing revenue. S/He has to install ownership and act like a bridge between HO / Central team and local teams.
o Perform as functional bridge amongst external partners as well as internal stakeholders.
o Coordinate all partner management tasks inclusive of working with external partners and internal employees.
o Troubleshoot all partner problems and present to management as required.
o Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
• S/He has to coordinate with all the support functions like IT and marketing to achieve the desired results..
• S/He has to liase with government and statutory authorities, Key stake holders and ensure compliances of all local rules and practices to ensure the brand equity is not impinged upon.

• Strong team management skills required especially to deal with less educated , entrepreneurial partners.
• English & Hindi Knowledge must; local vernacular language preferred in regions where important.
