📍 About e-NAM
✅ Launched in April 2016.
✅ It is a pan-India electronic trading platform that digitally integrates existing mandis to create a unified national market for agricultural commodities.
✅ It overcomes limitations of traditional Agricultural Produce Market Committee mandis by promoting inter-state trade and wider market access.

✅ Implementation Agency
➡️ Implemented by the Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare.

➡️ Linked with the Electronic Negotiable Warehouse Receipt system.
➡️ Farmers and FPOs can store produce in warehouses accredited by the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority and obtain e-NWRs.
➡️ These receipts can then be used to sell produce directly on e-NAM.
✅ About e-NWR
➡️ Introduced under the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007.
➡️ It is a secure electronic document certifying ownership of commodities stored in WDRA-accredited warehouses.

📍 Major Achievements of e-NAM

✅ Total trade value generated: ₹4.84 lakh crore (2016–March 2026).
✅ Registered users include:
