Should have good communication skills. Involved on end-to-end recruitment cycle ( from Resume sourcing to onboarding) .Handling inhouse and client requirements.Sourcing, Pre-screening, formatting profiles, scheduling telecons, face to face interviews, Follow ups , negotiating compensation Finding and sourcing relevant skill set resources through job portal, employees referral, social networking sites, LinkedIn and then contacting resources via telecalls, emails , messages to determine their interest, skills, experience, interest and availability.
