Grow More Consultant is hiring for a reputed Aerospace & Precision Foundry organization for the position of Engineer – NDT (RT).

📌 Position: Engineer – NDT (RT)
🏭 Industry: Aerospace / Precision Foundry
📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
📜 Certification: NDT Level II / ASNT Level II – RT
💰 CTC: ₹5.00 LPA

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), specifically Radiography Testing (RT).
• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment.
• Read, interpret and evaluate RT indications as per applicable standards, specifications and codes.
• Identify discontinuities related to the foundry/manufacturing process.
• Prepare accurate NDT inspection reports and documentation.
• Maintain material and product identification and traceability.
• Prepare NDT techniques and work instructions as required.
• Train and guide Level-I and trainee personnel.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, QMS, safety and quality initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions based on inspection findings.

🔹 Required Skills & Certifications
✅ NDT Level II / ASNT Level II – RT (Radiography Testing) – Mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of RT methods and NDT principles
✅ Knowledge of NAS410, ASTM, ASME, AS9100 & NADCAP standards
✅ Good understanding of NDT applications in aerospace/manufacturing
✅ Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen & QMS
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and reporting skills

🔹 Foundry Experience – Mandatory / Preferred
✅ Proven experience of 2+ years in Foundry Operations.
✅ Experience with Air Melting and Pouring Processes.
✅ Candidates with experience in high-precision stainless-steel foundries will be preferred.
✅ Experience in Aerospace / Precision Casting / Foundry Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong understanding of foundry-related discontinuities and their detection through RT/NDT.

🎯 Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering + NDT Level II / ASNT Level II – RT + Foundry experience will be preferred. The selection criteria also specifically mention RT, BARC Level 2, ASNT Level 2, 5S, Kaizen and QMS.
