We Are Hiring: HR Executive (Manufacturing Industry)
Location: Shirwal, Pune (Candidates from Shirwal or nearby villages preferred)
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Industrial Setup
Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, HR Operations, and Onboarding in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with temporary staffing and local hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
✔ End-to-end Recruitment (Blue-collar & Staff hiring)
✔ Handling Temporary Staffing requirements and coordination
✔ Managing Employee Onboarding & Documentation
✔ Ensuring compliance with Statutory Requirements (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.)
✔ Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
✔ Handling attendance, leave records & basic payroll coordination
✔ Supporting day-to-day HR Operations
✔ Coordination with consultants/vendors for manpower requirements
✔ Ensuring smooth HR processes at plant level
Key Requirements
✔ 2–5 years of HR experience in Manufacturing Industry
✔ Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
✔ Experience in Temporary Staffing & Bulk Hiring
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Candidate must be from Village Shirwal or nearby area
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
