ResultsCX has appointed Gautam Thakkar as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Rajesh Subramaniam as the company prepares for its next phase of growth in the customer experience services market.

Thakkar will also join the company’s board of directors. The appointment comes as ResultsCX seeks to expand its global delivery network and integrate artificial intelligence and automation more deeply into customer engagement services.

Thakkar brings more than three decades of experience in business process services and technology-enabled operations. Earlier in his career, he was a founding leader and later CEO of Infosys BPM, where he helped build the company’s global outsourcing platform by combining process expertise with analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
