Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively attend all the queries, complaints, and requests across the social media platforms
pertaining to the organization.
● Raise issues to concerned teams and follow up on resolutions.
● Keep the customers and stakeholders informed on steps being taken and resolution timelines.
● High level of individual discretion to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
● Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively
understand their needs and respond promptly.
● Accurately document all customer issues via email and customer support tools, adhere to the
process and follow up timely with the customers regarding the resolution to their queries.
● Highlight the noise in the social space to the key stakeholders within the organization and ensure
speedy resolutions.
Must Haves:
● Excellent command over the English language, ability to effectively communicate information in
written format.
● Professional fluency of at least a couple of vernacular languages, including Hindi.
● Working knowledge of platforms of Facebook, Google Play Store and Twitter.
● Customer service experience of at least a year.
● Should be witty, smart and have a great sense of humor.

Good to have:
● Active twitter handle with a good following, and an exposure to any platform of communication,
including media relations, internal communication, branding and social media is desirable.
● Similar experience in (a) previous customer facing organisation(s).
● Preferably from a start up background.
