MEGURU 2nd Batch Priya returns to Japan after her stay in India. And she will start work as soon as possible next week. Before that, She went back to NAVIS and greeted.
We also visited Sakura World Hospital and greeted the President.

Sakura World Hospital gave her a lot of advice and She is excited to work in a new hospital.

We haven't seen her in three years and she is more mature than anyone else.
She has humility, integrity and is a truly great personality.
And always grateful to her family and the people around her.

The president of Sakura World Hospital was also very impressed by Priya's mannerisms and courtesy.
She is going to start working in Japan again, this time in a wonderful hospital.
She would like to further develop her career and NAVIS will continue to support her.

プリヤがインド滞在を経て、日本に戻ります。そして来週から早速仕事を開始させます。その前にNAVISに戻って挨拶をしました。
サクラ病院へも訪問し、社長様にご挨拶をさせていただきました。

サクラ病院からたくさんのアドバイスをいただき、新しい病院で働くことにワクワクしています。

3年ぶりに会った彼女は誰よりも大人の女性として
謙虚さ、誠実さを持ち、本当に素晴らしい人格者です。
家族や周りの人への感謝を常に忘れずにいます。

サクラ病院の社長様もプリヤの物腰や礼儀にとても感動していました。
彼女は再度日本で、素晴らしい病院での仕事が始まりますが
これからまた更にキャリアアップしていきたいとの事で
NAVISは引き続き応援していきます。

The 13 Indian Nurses as care workers who went to Japan on Specific Skilled Worker (SSW) are doing Very Well!

All 12 trainees arrived in Japan from India on 11 June, the first trainees to take the SSW exam in India and the first to go to Japan for the India exam, and senior NAVIS students who have been working in Fukui Prefecture for the past two years.

All gathered together with the Wonderful View of the Peaceful Mountain ranges of Katsuyama City, Fukui Prefecture.

They were welcomed by the people at the Facility and are having a great time. It has been almost three weeks since they arrived in Japan and they have already started interacting with their neighbours and enjoying local life.

NAVIS is Really pleased that everyone is enjoying themselves so much. We NAVIS hope you all enjoy your Work and your Life a Lot from now on!

特定技能で日本に行ったインド人看護師の介護人材13名はとっても元気です！

6月11日にインドから日本に着いた12名と、インドで特定技能の試験を受験して、インド受験で初の日本に向かった研修生と、2年前から福井県で仕事をしている先輩NAVISの生徒が全員集合しました。

福井県勝山市ののどかな山脈が広がる素晴らしい景色と共に全員が集合しました。

受け入れ施設の方々に歓迎され、とても楽しく過ごしているようです。日本に着いてから3週間が経とうとしていますが既に、近所の方々とも交流を始めたり、地元の生活を楽しんでいます。

NAVISは、皆がとても楽しんでいるのを心から喜んでいます。これから仕事も生活も大いに楽しんでくださいね！

Priya from MEGURU 2nd Batch returned to India after a three-year Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) period.
She then wanted to continue working in Japan, so NAVIS JAPAN introduced her to a job as a Specified Skilled Worker (SSW).

To her surprise, she got the job at Kobe Kaisei Hospital!
Kobe is one of the most exclusive areas in western Japan, with quiet residential areas. In India, it is like a high-end residential area in Mumbai near the sea. The hospital stands out on high ground and is a wonderful hospital loved by the locals.
She will work in that hospital as an Assistant Nurse, the first time she has worked for NAVIS, although she will be involved in the care of the patients.
This is very unusual.

The Head Nurse at Kobe Kaisei spoke very highly of Priya's polite behaviour and her serious work experience in Japan, and she raved about her desire to work with her soon.

Priya was also very excited to be working at this wonderful hospital.
NAVIS JAPAN was also Pleased to be able to Recognise Priya's Personality, Attitude and Work Experience over the Past Three Years, and was keen to Introduce her to Kobe Kaisei.

She will return to Japan next week to start work.
Congratulations Priya! Keep up the good work in Japan!

2nd Batchのプリヤは、3年の技能実習期間を経て、インドに戻りました。
そして、引き続き日本で働きたいという本人の希望により、NAVIS JAPANが特定技能としてお仕事を紹介しました。

なんと、彼女は神戸海星病院で採用が決定しました！
神戸は、西日本有数の高級エリアで閑静な住宅が立ち並びます。インドで言うと海が近いムンバイの高級住宅地のような場所です。高台に一際目立つ病院は、地元の方々に愛される素晴らしい病院です。
その病院で、介護には従事しますが、NAVISでは初めてのアシスタントナースとして彼女は働きます。
これはとても異例な事です。

看護婦長はPriyaの礼儀正しい振る舞い、日本での真面目な仕事の経験を大変評価してくださり、早く一緒に働きたいと絶賛でした。Priyaもこの素晴らしい病院で働けることに大変興奮していました。
NAVIS JAPANも、3年間のPriyaの人格や態度、仕事の経験を細かく評価し、Priyaをぜひ神戸海星に紹介したいと思い実現できたことに嬉しく思います。

彼女は来週日本に戻り、仕事をスタートさせます。

NAVIS gets underway immediately

NAVIS is sending Indian Nurses to Germany as Nurse practitioners.
The Chairman of NAVIS and the CEO of INDIA visited the German facility for recruitment interviews, which we have been discussing online for several months.

We were very impressed by the large area of land and the excellent facilitation.
We imagined NAVIS trainees working in such a wonderful place.
The cleanliness of the place, the variety of specialised services, etc., which provide maximum value to the users. The management and nurses were very attentive to our needs. We were convinced even before we visited that the management and nurses were courteous and quick to respond to our request.
We were convinced even before we visited.

We will continue to introduce more Indian nurses to Germany.
We look forward to working with you, the people of Germany and the Indian nurses.

NAVISがドイツにインド人看護師を、看護師として送り出します。

数ヶ月前からオンラインで話を進めさせていただいた、ドイツの病院との契約のため、NAVIS会長とINDIAの社長が訪問致しました。

広大な土地に、素晴らしいファシリティの整備に、我々は非常に感銘を受けました。
こんな素晴らしい場所で働くことができる、NAVISの研修生が羨ましく思います。
行き届いたクレンリネス、利用者さまに最大の価値をご提供するためのさまざまな専門的なサービスなど、そして何より、受け入れを即決して頂いた経営陣や看護師の方々の丁寧かつ、迅速な対応に我々も信頼の於ける施設だと言うことは訪問する前から確信しておりました。

今回を起点に、続々とインド人看護師をドイツにご紹介していきます。

NAVIS Deutschland startet ab sofort

NAVIS entsendet eine indische Krankenschwester nach Deutschland als "nurse in residence".
Der NAVIS-Vorsitzende und der indische Staatspräsident besuchten die deutsche Einrichtung für Einstellungsgespräche, die wir seit einigen Monaten online besprochen haben.

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von dem riesigen Gelände und den hervorragenden Einrichtungen, die dort vorhanden sind.
Wir haben uns vorgestellt, dass die NAVIS-Praktikanten an einem so wunderbaren Ort arbeiten.
Schon vor unserem Besuch waren wir davon überzeugt, dass wir der Einrichtung aufgrund ihrer Sauberkeit, des professionellen Dienstleistungsangebots, das den Patienten einen maximalen Nutzen bietet, und vor allem aufgrund der zuvorkommenden und prompten Reaktion der Leitung und der Krankenschwestern, die uns sofort akzeptierten, vertrauen können.
Wir waren schon vor unserem Besuch überzeugt.

Wir werden weiterhin mehr indische Krankenschwestern nach Deutschland bringen.

ホスピタリティ人材が日本で働くチャンス

日本はインバウンドを受け、今後多くの宿泊人材が必要になってきます。それを受け、遠路はるばる日本から多くの宿泊業界の方々が
インド人材の採用のために視察にいらっしゃいました。

まずは弊社での介護研修のクラスをご見学いただき、日本語教育レベルを披露しました。また、弊社では既に、宿泊人材の研修もスタートしており現在NAVISで研修中のNAVISの宿泊スキル研修と、ホスピタリティ大学卒業の候補者のスピーチをご覧いただきました。英語も日本語もでき、そして日本で働きたいという意欲を持った人材に感銘を受けて頂き、まだまだ知る人ぞ知るインド人材のご紹介ができました。

インドは製造業の国ではなく、サービスの国です。
インドで製造されたプロダクトは殆どありませんが、サービス業には優れているというファクターは実はあまり知られていません。人材がキーであるインドは人材育成が肝であり、弊社でクオリティの高い育成をし日本や海外で活躍してくれることを期待しています。

Opportunities for Hospitality Personnel to work in Japan

Japan will need more accommodation personnel in the future in response to the inbound.
Many people from the accommodation industry came from as far away as Japan to visit the site for the purpose of recruiting Indian personnel.

First of all, they visited our care training classes and were shown the level of Japanese language education.
We have also already started training accommodation personnel.
NAVIS Hotel Skills Training, which is currently underway at NAVIS, and
Hospitality University graduate candidates gave their speeches.

We were impressed by their English and Japanese language skills and their desire to work in Japan, and we were able to introduce Indian talent to people who are not yet in the know.

India is not a manufacturing country, but a service country.
Few products are manufactured in India, but the fact that India excels in the service sector is not well known.
Human resources are the key to India, and we are looking forward to providing High Quality Training and development to our trainees, who will then be able to work in Japan and Overseas.
We expect them to work an active role in Japan and abroad.
