For Operation Executive

: Maintenance and cleanliness of bikes on field
- Refueling for idle/OS (out of service) bikes
- Replacement of battery changing for idle/OS bikes
- Movement of OS bikes to hub
- Checking & Replacing the helmets for all Idle/OS bikes
- Maintaining the vehicles allocated to store or dropped in the store
- Checking on vehicle Delivery and Return
- Daily Inspection of assets
- Supporting the movement of vehicles when allotted
Salary Package:
Dayshift 13500 take home + incentive+ Joining bounce 5000

2 wheeler Bike and Driving licence or learning licence is mandatory

Work Location: All over Bangalore

*Required shifts and location will be given to the candidates on availability

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage calls, chats and emails from customer in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide
solutions and/or alternatives
- Manage and resolve customer complaints. Escalate to Manager as necessary
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
