For Mallikarjun - growth starts with curiosity—not just about what technology can do, but about how people can use it to create something better.

One of the things that shaped his early experience at Amazon was the onboarding program for new hires. He used it as an opportunity to meet people and build lasting connections.

For anyone looking to build a career in Design Technology, his advice is to spend less time worrying about mastering one particular technology and more time learning how to prototype.
"Build something. Put it in front of people. Listen to what they need. Improve it."
