Job Description:
As an IT Recruiter and Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT candidates to our clients. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will also be actively involved in the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
For IT Recruiter:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs.
· Source, screen, and interview IT candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.
· Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
· Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and offer process.
· Stay current on industry trends and technologies to better match candidates with client requirements.
For Team Leader:
· Lead, coach, and mentor a team of IT recruiters.
· Set performance targets, track metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members.
· Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the team's goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
· Provide guidance and support to team members in managing their respective pipelines.
