We are Hiring for Service Engineers.
Our Customer a manufacturing Company of material handling equipments located at Malleshwaram Bangalore.To achieve their growth of their business they want to expand their Service Engineers team .
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical engineering
Experience: Experience in installation of various machines,alignments of machine components, etc.
Knowledge on mechanical AutoCAD drawings, Foundation drawings.
Able to handle Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting as well.
Main Responsibilities
1. Installation, commissioning & troubleshooting of projects/equipment Forklifts, Electric Stackers, Scissor lifts, Goods lifts, Dock leveler & Sectional doors, overhead cranes - on timely manner.
2.Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
3.Attend onsite installation, start-up, repair, maintenance & test tasks independently.
4.Diagnose errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions.
5.Produce timely and detailed service reports, time sheets and travel claims.
6.Interact with customers and generate business through Parts Sale and Annual Maintenance Contracts
7.Ensure customer satisfaction, build positive relationships with customers.
8.Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
9.Follow company’s filed procedures & protocols.
10.Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in commissioning & troubleshooting of Material Handling Equipment and have thorough knowledge of Forklifts, Electric Stackers, Scissor lifts, Goods lifts, Dock leveler & Sectional doors, overhead cranes,
Should have expertise in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, mechanical assembly, Electrical and electronic circuits and communication protocols.
Should be good at Mechatronics.
Willing to travel at short notice and comfortable with extended periods of stay at site.
