To firm the financial systems along with proper internal controls and checks, compliant with container business policies. To assist management in feasibility analysis for expansion/ new projects and preparation of project reports and recommendations.
The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with 7-10 years of managerial accounting and financial management experience.

Key Responsibilities

1 Project Management

2 Finance and Accounts Management

• To ensure that statutory deductions and payments are made timely and Tax Assessments are completed timely.
• Take corrective action and report incidents when and as appropriate
• Promote fraud awareness and detection throughout the organization.
• Risk Analysis
• Provide timely and high quality reporting of financial exposure, funding and cash management information.
• Manage Audits/auditors, including contact with External Auditors and adherence
• Assist in cost saving initiatives and constantly making suggestions to improve profitability

• Responsible and delivery of Automation of the Flow and Control of Land Acquisition Costs versus budget (GM Land Acquisition KRI), Construction Cost against Budget Control (Head of Construction KRI) and Update of Tally of P and L against fixed Budgets (GM Finance KRI) on a daily basis.
