🔑 Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects across the city—ensuring excellence in planning, cost, quality, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders, while owning the city P&L mindset.
🏗️ Key Responsibilities
Own project planning & ex*****on (3D plans, BOQs, schedules, handovers)
Drive cost & budget management with strict quality adherence
Lead stakeholder communication, risk mitigation & governance
Oversee vendor performance, contracts & cost optimization
Ensure quality standards, audits & continuous improvements
Manage resources & people development, succession planning
