Hiring for Customer Support Executive at Koramangala Location
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Level of Hire: Min 6 months to max 4 years can apply
Qualification: Puc / Any graduates
Languages: English & Hindi
Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore.
Working days: 6 days working
Week off: Sunday fixed off
Shift: 10 Am to 7 Pm Fixed shift.
Roles & Responsibilities
>Closely monitor the ageing of payment receivable.Align with the follow-ups, record maintenance, updating & receipting.
>Confer with customers personally to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales or service.
>Trace and notify delinquent customers to solicit payment.
Note: Walk-in Interview held on 16-Nov-2021. Candidates should walk-in to Consultancy.
