We are looking for an experienced **Production Engineer** to manage and improve fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of production planning, manpower utilization, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices. The role requires ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall manufacturing efficiency.
# # Key Responsibilities
* Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
* Prepare and optimize production schedules to achieve targets.
* Conduct **Cycle Time Studies** and improve productivity.
* Perform **Line Balancing** for maximum operational efficiency.
* Calculate manpower requirements and ensure optimum utilization.
* Analyze production capacity and implement capacity planning.
* Prepare and maintain process flow diagrams and manufacturing documentation.
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
* Plan and execute new production line setup and layout implementation.
* Handle production-related projects from planning to ex*****on.
* Implement **Kaizen**, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement activities.
* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Purchase departments.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
* Monitor production KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
* Resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
