We are urgently looking for an experienced Mall Technical Manager to lead and manage the technical operations of a premium shopping mall in Hubli.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all technical operations of the mall including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety, DG, STP, WTP, Elevators & Escalators.

Lead a team of technical staff, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all critical assets.

Maintain safety standards, statutory compliance, and sustainability goals.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and AMC partners.

Liaise with the client and provide timely reports and updates to management.

✅ Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in mall technical/facility management.

Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office, AMC & asset management.
