" Is it Legal for Internal Committees to Forward any Sexual Harassment Complaint to any Employee-Respondent of the same Workplace Organizations asking for her/his Reply-in-defense withing Three Working Days informing that thereafter the Internal Committee shall Commence the Redressal Proceedings in accordance with the Twin Principles of Natural Justice?"

1. No FOR the Internal Committees are Not the Disciplinary Body.
2. It's not within IC's Jurisdiction.
3. Employers only Can Take Disciplinary Action.
