Job –Description for Executive- Sales Department
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Sales tele-calling.
• Marketing activities on field/ off field for lead generation.
• Social Media Marketing and should be ok to domestic travel for marketing purpose.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Consumer:
• Keeping almost track in sales. Preparing consumer forecast.
• Implementing new marketing strategies to new get customers and convert it into sales( Revenue)
• Keeping track on record and manage the client data and update to the training manager.
• Make a course schedule ( N5,N4,N3,N2,N1 Classes)
• After the course ends, the details of each class have to be recorded as soft copy and send to the training manager.
• Managing all clients /consumer/ individuals/Internal customer/ Employees regarding business requirements.
• Corporate:
• Answering the phone and it is corporate training; understand all the details like company name, location, number of students, which level they want, when they want to start the training. All these details need to be updated to the training manager.
• If they agree with the proposal, confirm the schedule with the training manager and make a contract and invoice. You should have an individual company file & it uses to manage.
• Confirm the starting date of the classes, following up on booking a cab for teachers and give proper guidance to the teachers.
• Once the course starts, communicate with the customers and make sure everything is fine.
• In case of any problem, please share it with the training manager and follow further guidelines to solve the issues.
• Once the training ends, keep track on the record as a soft copy.
