Job description
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations specific to injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to meet local, national, and international standards.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure safety in sterile areas and mitigate hazards.
* Manage waste disposal, air, and water quality systems per environmental regulations.
* Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for EHS incidents.
* Lead EHS training programs to ensure staff awareness and compliance.
* Liaise with local regulatory authorities for permits, reporting, and inspections.
* Promote a safety-first culture and continuous improvement in plant operations.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical EHS regulations and experience in a sterile manufacturing environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
