• Minimum HSSC (12th) pass. Freshers are welcome
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage time independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proper document handling and filing discipline is essential, both in physical and digital formats.

Supervise dining and bar areas, manage reservations, table assignments, and POS systems to ensure smooth operations.
• *Guest Service & Communication*
Provide excellent guest service, assist with menu choices, handle special requests, and communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• *Service & Floor Operations*
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards. Support food and beverage service while monitoring quality.
• *Billing & Administration*
Oversee billing, payments, shift closings, and assist with inventory checks and ordering supplies.
• *Team Leadership*
Train and schedule staff, support team development, and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

*Requirements:*
• Prior experience as Captain or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Good knowledge of South Indian cuisines, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve challenges effectively.
