Job Title: Supervisor - Paid Porter Service & Meet and Greet Service (Airport)
Location: Prayagraj Airport
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Paid Porter Service and Meet & Greet Service at Prayagraj Airport. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the services, and leading the team to provide an exceptional passenger experience. The role involves supervising staff, managing service quality, and ensuring passenger satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the paid porter and meet and greet services.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to passengers.
Assist in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues.
Monitor and ensure staff adherence to service standards and company policies.
Coordinate with airport authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain daily logs and reports on service activities.
Help manage staff schedules and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduate (Any discipline).
2 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
Basic knowledge of airport operations is preferred.
Knowledge of local regulations and police verification requirements.
Salary:
₹10,000 per month (in-hand).
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Other Requirements:
Police verification is compulsory.
