Salary 10,000/- Fresher / Experience up 20k hike for last CTC.

You are technology savvy, and comfortable using cloud based tools
like CRM, Applicant Tracking systems etc.
You are comfortable making 50+ calls on a daily basis to the target
talent pool for our clients

*WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE ?*
Taking responsibility to meet the hiring targets of clients.
Understanding role requirements and planning a sourcing strategy for the role.
Experience from fintech/ tech/ sales/ BD/ marketing and HR.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using internal databases, job
portals, social media etc
Screening candidates resumes and job applications
Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,
experience and interest in the role
Conducting interviews to filter candidates and sharing them with the
client for feedback
Making sure that the co-ordination is impeccable between client and
candidates
Interacting with internal clients (other employees) and following
protocol of the company
*INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDED:*
Reliable PC/ Laptop with at least 4 gb Ram
Private working space in your room
