During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Answer incoming communications from customers through email/chat
• Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
What You Bring to the Role
• 1 year or more customer service experience – Freshers are welcome too
• Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
• High School Diploma
• Computer savvy
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
