Job Description:

Candidates who have working experience in the U.S. and the U.K. processes, having good experience of communicating with people from different horizons.

If Candidate hasn’t worked for above mentioned profile, he/she should have minimum experience of 1 year with following professions:

Education

Counselling (i.e.: Career Counselling, Educational Counselling, Mental Health Counselling, Psyche Counselling)

Reception Desk Professional from Hospitality Industry

Required Skillsets:

Excellent Communication Skills in English

Good Listener & Conversationalist

Sophisticated and Soft Speaker

Shift: US Shift (9 hours)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Telephonic Counselling (Life and Health Advisory related)

Reporting

Data Submission
