On March 7, 2024, life skills sessions were conducted by our trainers Ms. Sumaiya Pathan and Mr. Dev Shah for the primary and high school students of Napa Vata-Anand. Focusing on essential skills such as critical thinking, communication skills, problem-solving, AI awareness, digital literacy, etc. The session aimed to equip students with foundational skills necessary for their academic success and personal development in today's rapidly evolving world.
The session commenced with an interactive discussion on the importance of communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Through engaging exercises and puzzles, students were encouraged to analyze situations, think creatively, and devise solutions independently. The session emphasized the value of critical thinking in making informed decisions and overcoming challenges. The students were introduced to the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on society. They learned about the basic principles of AI technology and its applications in various fields. The sessions aimed to raise awareness about the potential benefits and ethical considerations associated with AI, and many more. The importance of digital literacy was highlighted, emphasizing the need for students to develop skills in navigating digital platforms safely and responsibly. Topics such as internet safety, online etiquette, and information literacy were discussed to equip students with the knowledge needed to thrive in the digital age.
