*Job description*:-Ensure the smooth flow of employee hierarchy Check and authorise the documentation activities of employees as well as different departments Coordinate with heads of different departments for the costing and budget analysis of employees look into financial matters related to labour and governance To ensure the payments of PF , ESIC and Professional Tax.
*Requirement* : Should be able to communicate fluently in english ( reading, writing and speaking) Should be efficient in MS office specifically excel.
•To source the right candidate for the profiles and to assure the work completion of every employee.
•To assure the smooth running of the management hierarchy and to allot the proper job profiles to the employees in favour of cost of company.
•To assure the documentation provided by employees are valid.
•To ensure discipline in the areas of work, attendance, payment and to take required steps to improvise the same in the interest of organization.
•To look after the grievances of the employees and ensure a smooth and friendly working environment.
•To follow the government acts and policies and take steps according to the same.
•To ensure the leave, attendance, employee referral, probation, appraisal, promotion policies are followed by each and every employee. Take actions against the employees who Fail to do the same.
•To look after the travel reimbursements as per the company policy.
•To follow the additional benefits in favour of the company.
•To ensure profitable mail as well as written correspondence in favour of the organization. To look after the administrative works like pantry requirements , transport requirements , allowances etc.
