Experience: minimum 3 years
Qualification: B.Tech Food technology or any graduation

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅Online quality parameter monitoring and set up to standard & Co-Ordination with production team at every stage of product/processing line to ensure the quality of Final product.

✅HACCP and Food Safety Documentation: Food Safety Objectives, Pest Control, Cleaning and Sanitation, Traceability, SOP preparation & Review, Preparing formats for quality department.

✅GMP Implementation & Monitoring, Personal Hygiene Inspection, CCP verification, Root Cause Analysis, Complaint Management

✅Conduct Quarterly internal Audit as Per Schedule.

✅Facilitate training on Food Safety requirements for location Staff.

✅Product Management of Cumin

✅Implementation of documentation for BRC compliance and record maintenance and other Customer, 3 Party Audit(e.g. Organic, RFA).

Experience: 0 to 2 Year
Qualification: B.sc agri /M.Sc Agri /ABM
Level: L6/A1
Travel Required: Yes
Language: English & Hindi

Roles & Responsibilities:
�Result oriented and responsible for coordinating with various branch and field teams on activities of agri extension activities to meet the objectives set by the organisation.
�Coordination with the team to make them understand the activity, how to execute, data capture and its analysis
�Support in terms of collecting and consolidation of new crop production technologies and associated Package of Practices in coordination with various external organisations like research institutes, commodity boards, etc.
�Assist the Agriservice function in terms of various Government schemes, policies from time to time
�Assist and coordinate centrally in Organic Certification programmes, train the field resources and ensure strict adherence to Organic Standards
�Timely reporting of activities happening in the field with proper analysis, impact assessment etc. keeping the objective of the activity in mind.
�Manage and keep up the records efficiently so as to get the necessary information easily.

Skills required

�Strong knowledge of agriculture.
�Knowledge of organic certification and sustainable practices
�Highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
�Proven ability to handle mental and physical demands.
�Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.
�Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.
