Designation: Customer Care Executive – SALES
Qualification: Min Graduation / Undergraduate with 3 Years’ experience
Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Shift: DAY (5.5 Days working)
Salary: 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA + incentives up to 50k /month
Age: 20-28
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Warm Calling on each interested lead generated for the client for a product.
· Explaining about the company profile & benefits to the client.
· Helping the client to complete the simple steps in your website/Mobile App.
· Complete all the process online.
· Advising financial queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
· To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
· Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.
· Guiding and handling Customers on their Investment queries.
Requirements:
· Any Graduate Fresher can apply or Under Graduate with experience of 3 years can apply.
· Good customer service skill with neutral accent. Gujarati + Hindi, English (Optional)
