Planning for sourcing candidate

Sourcing candidates from various job portal and old database.

Screening candidates resume

Scrutiny candidates resume

Send candidates resume for shortlisting

Send interview call letter to candidates

Follow up with candidates for 1st round

Follow up with candidates for 2nd round

Final round Follow up with candidates

Follow up with candidates for documentation

Release offer letter from company

Follow up with candidates till three month of joining.

Experience: Fresher- 1 year
