• Job Description : To develop annual business plan and obtain approval of CEO and execute the same in a most cost effective manner.
• Responsible for P&L of Bleaching Clay Division.
• To achieve budgeted sales and collection as per schedule agreed by CEO.
• To identify opportunities for new market penetrations for higher market share.
• To finalize rate contract/annual contract, transport contract, negotiations and award the same to the party selected after obtaining approval from CEO
• To be responsible for timely collection of outstanding from the customers
• To take decisions on yearly budgeting, pricing and technical matters in consultation with the CEO
• To control distribution network in relation to sales plan, inventory levels and administrative matters.
• To collect market/competitor information and keep abreast of commercial activities and formulate pricing policy.
• To keep the management updated with feedback received from various customers to develop new products/value added products and support the technical team for achieving the same.
• To analyze and communicate customer complaints and co-ordinate with the CEO to resolve the same in a time bound and effective manner.
• To assign sales personnel to territories and accounts in the manner that will make the best use of sales talent and provide the best service to customers.
• To provide MIS on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis to the CEO and concerned departments as per the Time lines.
• To monitor the product quality and cost that is involved during project implementation.
• To ensure ISO compliance by the Sales and Marketing Department of Bleaching Clay division
• To co-ordinate with Shipping and customers for international marketing
• To be responsible for implementing policies, governing direct and indirect international sales and marketing, including pricing, promotion and advertising, packaging, transportation and credit.
• To make periodic visits to important domestic and International markets to expand the Company’s base of operations.
• To study the potential for current products in the new territories and explore the new products that can be offered.
• To meet customers and maintain continuous relationship
