Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Hi-Steel. The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the metal false ceiling industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Existing Key Accounts Management: ● Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's top-tier customers. ● Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key account clients. ● Understand the clients' business needs, challenges, and strategic objectives. ● Provide personalized support and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed client expectations. ● Regularly review and analyze key account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty. 2. New Client Acquisition: ● Actively identify and pursue new potential clients within the target market.
● Research and understand the needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of prospective clients. ● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities. ● Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition. ● Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and expand the client base. 3. Government Projects and Tenders: ● Monitor and stay informed about upcoming government projects and tenders related to the metal false ceiling industry. ● Coordinate with relevant government agencies and authorities to understand the bidding requirements and process. ● Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals. ● Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other required events to gather information and build relationships with government stakeholders. ● Negotiate and finalize contract terms with government projects and tenders.
