Sebelum melakukan order di Kutus Kutus Original, silahkan lebih dulu membaca peraturan order berikut:
1. Pemesanan lebih diutamakan melalui SMS / whatsapp / BBM / inbox fb.
2. Siapa cepat dia dapat. Order diproses setelah kami menerima dan mengecek bukti transfer. Tanpa bukti transfer, maaf order tidak akan diproses.
3. Jam kerja kami hari Senin - Jumat jam 09.00 – 14.00 WIB, hari Sabtu jam 10.

00 – 12.00 WIB, hari Minggu dan tanggal merah LIBUR. Batas waktu transfer menyesuaikan jam kerja kami. Apabila konfirmasi pembayaran dilakukan melebihi jam kerja kami (walaupaun transfer pada jam kerja), maka akan akan dikirim hari berikutnya.
4.Order dibuka pada semua jam kerja kami, sedangkan untuk pengiriman, mengikuti jam kerja jasa pengiriman. Hari minggu & hari libur lainnya, kami hanya menerima order, sedangkan pengiriman barang tetap pada jam operasional jasa pengiriman. Jasa pengiriman yang kami gunakan adalah JNE, J&T dan GOJEK (optional).
5. Harap memberikan identitas selengkap - lengkapnya, baik nama, alamat berupa nama jalan, nomor rumah, RT / RW, kelurahan, kecamatan, kota, kode pos dan harap tinggalkan nomor telepon. Kesalahan pengiriman karena kesalahan alamat diluar tanggung jawab kami.
6. Keterlambatan pengiriman, BUKAN menjadi tanggung jawab kami karena barang langsung kamu kirim setelah pelunasan.
7. Tidak menerima retur dalam bentuk apapun.

CARA PEMESANAN:
1. SMS / whatssapp / BB / Telegram order pesanan anda.
2. Tunggu konfirmasi ketersediaan stok dan total order dari kami.
3. Setelah menerima konfirmasi ketersediaan stok dan total order dari kami, segera lakukan pembayaran melalui rekening kami.
4. Konfirmasikan pembayaran anda dengan mengirimkan foto / scan bukti pembayaran kepada kami melalui whatssapp / BBM / Telegram
5. Barang hanya akan kami kirim setelah kami menerima dan mengkonfirmasikan pembayaran anda.
