We’re hiring — Video Content Producer
Bandar Lampung | Flexible | Output-based

Kami butuh 1 orang yang bisa handle content production dari ide sampai tayang — script, shoot, edit, sampai publish untuk beberapa brand sekaligus. Tidak perlu ngantor, yang dihitung output & hasil.

Yang kamu kerjain:
— Develop & write script konten
— Shooting & on-camera
— Edit di Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut & motion graphic di After Effects
— Upload ke berbagai platform

Requirements:
✔ Proficient After Effects & Premiere Pro (motion graphic capable)
✔ Confident on-camera
✔ Bisa nulis script & develop ide sendiri
✔ Punya laptop & motor

Gaji:
Probation: Rp 2jt | After probation: Rp 2.3jt | 1 tahun: Rp 2.5jt & more

Tapi data terbaru dari survei CELIOS justru bikin kita harus mikir ulang 🤯
Ternyata, lulusan yang TIDAK pernah magang malah lebih cepat terserap ke dunia kerja! Bahkan tingkat pengangguran mereka yang pernah magang 2X LIPAT lebih tinggi (11,08%) dibanding yang nggak pernah magang (4,98%).
Kenapa bisa begitu?
Karena banyak program magang di Indonesia yang lebih ke arah eksploitasi—kerja full time kayak karyawan tetap, tapi dibayar di bawah UMR atau bahkan GRATIS. Tanpa mentoring yang jelas, tanpa transfer skill yang beneran berguna.
