We are an interior design consultant company & are seeking for high potential experienced person to take the position of :

Responsibilities :

As first assistant to project team leader, pm, designer during design and site construction

To manage, coordinate and supervise all related parties to the project especially during construction stage
To prepare project timeline, progress monitoring report and project closing out/ final account
To assist QS to prepare budget estimate, bidding process and cost tracking during construction stage

Requirements :

D3 / S1 degree in interior, civil or Architecture from reputable university
Has a basic knowledge on interior design, detailing & material
ositive attitude and results oriented, strong communication skills and leadership quality

Age of max are 30 years old & min. 2 years experience in similar position
Have skills to work with software: word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, autocad & microsoft project
Self motivated, energetic and able to travel in any part of Indonesia
ave an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
customer satisfaction oriented
High creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to work under high pressure and long hours to meet deadline

THE ROLE

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION

The Incumbent provides high-level administrative support services to the Principal Officer and serves as administrative assistant to support to the U.S. Consulate Medan’s 36 employees. S/he directly supervises a Protocol Clerk and two ORE staff (housekeeper and cook) and ensures effectiveness of operations. Manages post’s human resources and protocol/representational operations. Coordinates PO’s schedule with requests and commitments of other officers and contacts. PO driver, and for events at the PO residence coordinates with maintenance, janitorial and event support staff. Has authority and judgment to commit PO to events and engage with local contacts to assess suitability of events. Post expert on emergency consular services to American Citizens

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item

Diploma 3 (D3) degree (or equivalent to college studies) in secretarial studies, business, administration or 3 years of post-secondary education in related field is required.
Must have at least three years of progressively responsible secretarial or administrative experience, two of which should be in a U.S. government office, or with an internationally-oriented business, international NGO, or Indonesian government office that works closely with one of the above is required.
Level 4 (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing in English and in Bahasa Indonesia are required. Language proficiency will be tested. If you have taken a TOEIC or TOEFL test administered by ETS within 6 months, please attach the certificate.
Must have thorough knowledge of the Indonesian government, corporate, and diplomatic corps structure and staff ranking systems, and understand the appropriate protocol arrangements by rank, Must have a thorough knowledge of the roles and functions of the various positions in the Embassy Jakarta Human Resources, Front Office, Protocol, Finance, Procurement and Consular offices. Must know regulations for cash management/payments, travel, time and attendance, recruiting, performance management, retirement and benefits administration, official representational expenses and staff, human resources, safety. Must know general rules for procurement, property management, and official vehicle use. Must know Consular regulations and procedures. A thorough understanding of organizational structure specific to administrative management procedures that govern secretarial and administrative support functions of a busy office environment. Must know use and application of standard forms and models for correspondence.
Typing skill of 40 WMP, Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and in software systems for time and attendance, financial reimbursement. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work and interact with supervisors, staff and colleagues in a calm tactful way. Ability to work under pressure, to juggle tasks and demonstrate flexibility to concurrently manage multiple projects/activities. Demonstrate solid leadership, strong organizational ability, communication and interpersonal skills.
