A fast-growing and reputable construction company in Cebu is expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals to lead major infrastructure and construction projects.

We are urgently hiring for the following positions:

🔹 Construction Manager (DPWH Projects)

📍 Cebu
âś” Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
✔ 5–8+ years construction experience
âś” Minimum 5 years handling DPWH projects
âś” Strong knowledge of DPWH Blue Book, billing, progress reporting
âś” Experience managing multi-million peso government infrastructure projects

👉 Will oversee roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public infrastructure projects.

🔹 Senior Field Superintendent

📍 Cebu
✔ 8–12 years construction site experience
âś” At least 5 years in a senior supervisory role
âś” Strong background in large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
âś” Proven experience managing large site teams & subcontractors

👉 Responsible for leading on-site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

🔹 Office Manager (Construction Industry)

📍 Cebu
✔ 3–5 years experience in a construction company
âś” Strong knowledge of construction billing, documentation, and coordination
âś” Experience handling suppliers, payroll coordination, permits & compliance
