GA Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for general affairs, business travel management and office management

Process and Maintain general documents until payment is completed, including collect, filling record invoices, and purchase order

Understand and analyze vendor invoices and office administration paperwork

Record keeping for travel administration and office management

Collaborate with office management regarding end to end business travel and general admin for collect invoices, filling and record documents and create HRA purchase request according to the SLA

Coordinate with HRA team support for office building control (Janitor, driver and security)

Control the work of the cleaning support team, neatness of documents and maintain workplace suitability

Prepare report and assisting GA Manager related General affairs, office management and documentation filling

Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.

Maintain procurement, inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.

Support and participate in employee relations initiatives by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any major

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and SAP system

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong attention to details and accuracy.

Ability to understand and analyze invoices and basic documents

Finance & Accounting Supervisor

COMPETENCY
- Manage daily operation in Finance, Accounting and Tax Department
- Prepare and manage cash flow, financial, billing, AR/AP, Inventory, Annual Budget, Petty Cash, and related
- Manage accounting planning, accounting reporting, tax planning, tax reporting, compliance, tax submissions, audit, and reporting
- Verify the completeness of the documents required for financial transactions
- Performing reconciliation of financial data precisely
- Able to prepare and review annual corporate income - Outgoing tax
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a mothly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
- Willingness to standby on weekend/national holiday or outside office hours if needed

Qualification :
- Max 35 years old
- At least 3 year working experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail and good with numbers and figures and analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practice.
- Good Understanding of Indonesian taxation such as PPh 23, 4(2) and VAT
- Excellence knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP, MYOB,ACCURATE)
- Familiar with tax software (E Faktur and E SPT)
