GA Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for general affairs, business travel management and office management
Process and Maintain general documents until payment is completed, including collect, filling record invoices, and purchase order
Understand and analyze vendor invoices and office administration paperwork
Record keeping for travel administration and office management
Collaborate with office management regarding end to end business travel and general admin for collect invoices, filling and record documents and create HRA purchase request according to the SLA
Coordinate with HRA team support for office building control (Janitor, driver and security)
Control the work of the cleaning support team, neatness of documents and maintain workplace suitability
Prepare report and assisting GA Manager related General affairs, office management and documentation filling
Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
Maintain procurement, inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
Support and participate in employee relations initiatives by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and SAP system
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Ability to understand and analyze invoices and basic documents
