*Job Requirements*.
• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Computer Technology or higher.
• Experience in Data Network, practical desktop hardware & software.
• Experience in CCTV systems and Camera setup preferred
• Computer literacy preferably with AutoCAD / Microsoft Word / Excel.
• Able to perform troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Proficient in English (Verbal and written)
• Detail oriented
• Able to work for long hours (if needed) and not afraid of height
• Must have the highest level of integrity
• Previous casino experience is not a require
*JOB SCOPE*
• To maintain the upkeep of the Company’s Surveillance System & Inventory.
• Install equipment
o Plan the installation of desktop solutions, CCTV and other electronic equipment
o Prepare the work site
o Install new or replace, data networking systems, CCTV and other electronic equipment
o Inspect and monitor equipment after installation
o Terminate the equipment and networking systems
• Test & commission electronic, data & computer equipment
o Plan for testing & commissioning
o Test the wiring systems
o Test the equipment
o Commission the equipment
• Maintain inventory & stock
o Take delivery of stock
o Store stock
o Rotate and maintain stock
o Order stock
• Service, diagnose and repair equipment
o Maintain equipment for Surveillance and Security to prevent failures and faults occurring through regular servicing
o Plan for diagnosis and repair
o Verify the fault
o Carry out fault finding on equipment
o Determine cause of fault
o Repair or rectify the fault
• Respond to breakdowns
o Plan for response to breakdown
o Confirm reported breakdown
o Evaluate the extent of breakdown
o Instigate repair or rectification of breakdown
