🚨 NOTICE TO ALL WHL CREW
🚭 STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY IN TAIWAN HOTELS
Dear WHL Crew,
Please be STRICTLY ADVISED that smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY LAW in indoor areas of hotels in Taiwan.
This includes, but is not limited to:
❌ Guest rooms
❌ Restrooms
❌ Hotel corridors and common indoor areas
❌ Balconies where smoking is prohibited by the hotel
Smoking inside hotel premises in violation of hotel regulations may result in heavy fines and additional charges.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
If any crew member is found smoking inside the hotel or causes the hotel to impose a penalty, ALL associated costs, fines, charges, and any business-loss compensation (including room unavailability or cancellation-related costs) shall be FULLY BORNE BY THE INDIVIDUAL CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBLE.
Such violations may also result in disciplinary action and may affect future crew assignment.
PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.
We strongly remind all WHL crew to STRICTLY COMPLY with the hotel’s non-smoking policy and applicable laws in Taiwan.
Your cooperation is essential to avoid unnecessary costs, penalties, and disciplinary consequences.
