The Labour Department is deeply saddened by the fire incident at Wang F*k Court in Tai Po. We extend our deepest condolences to families of those who tragically lost their lives and wishes all the injured a speedy recovery.
To provide assistance to foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) and their employers affected by the fire, the Labour Department will set up a Special Enquiry Counter to answer enquiries on FDH-related employment matters with details as follows:
Dates: 29 and 30 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Venue: Tai Po Complex (8 Heung Sze Wui Street, Tai Po, NT)
Affected FDHs and employers who have enquiries regarding employment matters may also call our dedicated hotline set up for this incident at 3582 8987.
