5 月31日(端午節) 係法定假期。
根據僱傭條例, 所有外傭姐姐可享法定假期，受僱滿3個月外僱，便可享有有薪法定假日，如法定假日適逢僱員的休息日，應於休息日翌日補假。
如果僱主要求僱員在法定假日工作，須於至少48小時前通知僱員，並在該法定假日前或後60天內安排另定假日給僱員。
31st May (Tuen Ng Festival) is Satutory holiday.
According to the HK Employment Ordinance, all domestic workers are entitled to the statutory holidays and paid statutory holiday after 3-month employment.
If a statutory holiday falls on the rest day, a compensatory holiday should be granted on the following day.
If an employer requires the employee to work on a statutory holiday, they must notify the employee at least 48 hours in advance and arrange an alternative holiday within 60 days before or after the statutory holiday.
