Menzies CNAC is honoured to receive the “Safety Excellence Award” at the Airport Safety Recognition Scheme 2025/26 organised by the Hong Kong Airport Authority. This achievement reflects our ramp service team’s strong safety awareness and outstanding performance in daily operations.

We are also proud that our colleagues have been recognised with awards for “Accident Prevention Measures”, “Best Safety Supervisor”, and “Role Model Safety Behaviour”. These achievements demonstrate their dedication and serve as a strong motivation to foster a positive safety culture, enhance safety awareness, and continuously improve our safety performance.

We are delighted to announce that one of our valued customers, Cebu Pacific, has officially relocated to Terminal 2 and commenced operations on 9 June 2026. Raymond Lo, CEO of Menzies CNAC, together with the MCAS management team, conducted an on-site visit to Terminal 2 to observe the airline’s operations following its relocation.

Our team members were also recognised with the Corporate Excellence Award and Individual Excellence Award, and received the Cross-Company Excellence Award for Outstanding Customer Services in collaboration with Greater Bay Airlines. ✨𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬✨
We are delighted to share the outstanding outcomes of our recently concluded 1st MORSE WEEK 2026, held from 23 to 27 March, under the theme “Being Brilliant at the Basics (BBB): Strengthening Supervision!” This semi-annual initiative reinforced our commitment to elevating safety standards by focusing on core operational disciplines and enhancing frontline leadership engagement.

It was an honour to welcome Philipp Joeinig, CEO of Menzies Aviation, and Anabela Barros, Managing Director of Menzies Aviation Macau, who together with Raymond Lo, CEO of Menzies CNAC, and our management team, observed ground handling operations, engaged directly with our frontline teams, and joined the March GOMAD awards ceremony during MORSE WEEK 2026.

Throughout the week, we strengthened fundamental safety competencies, enhanced supervisory visibility, and reinforced safe practices when giving way to aircraft through a combination of education and practical awareness. We collected frontline feedback to further refine our safety protocols, while sharing Hong Kong’s safety achievements for 2025–2026 and the latest safety culture survey results. We also invited Marsh and Greater Bay Airlines to deliver workshops and roadshows, further enhancing risk awareness and hazard prevention.
