You’ll prepare and assemble sourdough dishes, support food preparation and portioning, and help keep quality consistent throughout service. Taking orders, serving customers and assisting with coffee preparation will also be part of your day, alongside ordering supplies and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys both food preparation and customer service, works well in a team and can keep pace with a busy café. Professional-level English, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in food and speciality coffee are essential.

Full-time benefits include a five-day, 40-hour working week, training and development, a meal allowance, a 50% staff discount and unlimited free coffee. You must be available for 5 am starts on some days, with shifts finishing no later than 7 pm.
