I'm excited to share that we recently had the honor of welcoming Chef Guillaume Gomez, the former Chef of the Elysée Palace and the Personal Representative of the President of France for Gastronomy, to the International Culinary Institute of Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, Chef Gomez shared his culinary inspiration with students, and we were deeply inspired by his passion for French cuisine. The French Ambassador for Gastronomy also spoke about the importance of fostering culinary exchanges between France and Hong Kong, and we were honored to have him with us.

We hope to bring more opportunities like this in the future to continue learning from the best in the business and to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of France.
