Our software is a desktop application developed in C # and backed by .Net/MSSQLServer. Our system gathers all important loan tracking functions required by microfinance institutions as well as high value added modules such as SMS sending or client geolocation. The system is very user friendly and can be adapted as per clients specific needs to make the difference in day-to-day microfinance operations.

OpenCBS will provide its Android Digital Field Application to OXUS Group's affiliate in Kyrgyzstan, a local microfinance institution having a strong impact in terms of financial inclusion.

Thanks to our tablet application, loan officers are able to capture all client information and perform loan appraisal directly in the field, saving precious time for other activities. https://cutt.ly/xb2oFVb
All information fields and workflows are fully customisable. Our solution can work in both online and offline mode, which is useful as OXUS has clients in rural areas where internet is not always available.

Furthermore, OpenCBS will also develop a payment gateway integrating the systems of Oxus Kyrgyzstan with several banks and mobile wallets in Kyrgyzstan, allowing OXUS to offer transaction services to end-customers in real-time.

Most of the founders and key employees of OpenCBS have started their career and grown at OXUS, where they realised the needs for simple, affordable technology for microfinance and more generally the financial services industry. OpenCBS was selected to digitise key customer-facing processes of FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan, part of the FINCA Impact Finance network of financial institutions dedicated to responsible financial inclusion.

Thanks to the OpenCBS tablet application https://bit.ly/3qKNIvF, potential customers can quickly apply for FINCA services without having to submit paper documents. FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan will also be able to provide better and faster services to existing clients, for instance by optimising the process of opening a new account, subscribing to a new savings product or applying for a loan.

FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan is one of the main provider of microfinance services in Kyrgyzstan, serving 150,000 customers in urban and rural areas.
